Carpet that is neutralized properly stays clean longer, so we see most homes every year and a half to two years. Homes with dogs, we usually see every six months. Seasonal residents tend to book once a year before they arrive.

How much does carpet cleaning cost in Jupiter?
A standard residential room is $50. If a room has heavy pet stains or old spots, we give you one overall price before we start instead of charging per spot. Weekend residential jobs have a $500 minimum.
Can you come today?
Often, yes. Jonathan books scheduled work through about 1pm so there is room for same-day calls in the afternoon. Call or text and he will tell you straight whether today works.
Can you get pet urine out of carpet?
In most cases, yes. We treat the urine and odor, then neutralize so the carpet does not turn crunchy or start smelling again. If it has gone deep, we will tell you what is realistic before you pay anything.
Steam cleaning or low moisture, which is better?
It depends on the carpet. Commercial carpet and a lot of higher end carpet made today is not built for steam, so we use a counter rotating brush system that scrubs and lifts the pile. For the dirtiest carpet we run both.
My carpet was cleaned before and got dirty again fast. Why?
Usually soap residue was left behind, and it attracts dirt. Our corrective cleaning removes the residue and fixes the pH, so the carpet stays clean longer. Try this before you pay to replace it.
How often should I have my carpet cleaned?
Most homes without pets go 18 months to 2 years between cleanings. With dogs, every six months is common. We do not push a rebooking schedule.
How long until I can walk on it?
Low moisture cleaning is usually dry in one to two hours. Steam cleaning takes longer.
Do you clean offices after hours?
Yes. Commercial clients can schedule 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and we make sure the carpet is clean and dry by the time you open. We also set up recurring maintenance plans.
